- Get a Fard (land record copy)A Fard is PLRA's official copy of land record showing the area, location and ownership of a piece of land. It is used as proof of ownership for sale, court cases, loans or verification. You can get it at an Arazi Record Centre (ARC), the PLRA counter at an e-Khidmat Markaz, an Arazi Moawin franchise, or online through Punjab Zameen.
- Land mutation (Intiqal)A mutation (intiqal) transfers ownership rights in land from one owner to another and updates the official land record (Jamabandi) to show the new owner. Sale (Bai Zubani), inheritance and other mutations are entered at any Arazi Record Centre (ARC) in Punjab and attested by the Revenue Officer (ADLR).
