Fees
Good to know
- • PLRA service charges (inclusive of Bank of Punjab charges) are in addition to the government fee notified by the Board of Revenue Punjab. The PLRA FAQ says the government fee is normally Rs. 50 per Khatoni and a maximum of Rs. 150 per Khewat.
- • At e-Khidmat Markaz the fee depends on the area and type of land and is calculated by the system from the Khewat, Khatooni and total area; it is paid in cash at the Bank of Punjab.
- • A Fard does not expire, but the record can change after transfers or mutations, so get a fresh Fard before any sale, transfer or mortgage.
- • Information Fard is for verification only; Sale (Bai) Fard is used for registry and transfer of ownership.
- • Overseas Pakistanis can get a Fard through Pakistan missions abroad; PLRA charges an extra 50 USD per transaction for copies of record through foreign missions (FY 2026-27 schedule).
- • If NADRA fingerprint verification fails, a Patwari or Service Centre Incharge can verify your identity through a local witness.
