Sindh Zameen, the Board of Revenue's land record portal, lets you search computerised land records (Village Form II, VII-A and VII-B) by name or CNIC, along with deh maps and registries. Online results are for information only; for a printed computerised copy visit the Peoples Service Center at your Deputy Commissioner's office.

- 1Open sindhzameen.gos.pk and choose 'Search By Name' or 'Search By CNIC/NIC'.sindhzameen.gos.pk کھولیں اور 'نام سے تلاش' یا 'شناختی کارڈ نمبر سے تلاش' منتخب کریں۔
- 2View the limited land record details shown (Village Form II for urban property, VII-A and VII-B for agricultural land).دکھائی گئی محدود تفصیلات دیکھیں (شہری جائیداد کے لیے ولیج فارم II، زرعی زمین کے لیے VII-A اور VII-B)۔
- 3For a printed computerised copy, visit the nearest Peoples Service Center in the Deputy Commissioner's office.پرنٹ شدہ کمپیوٹرائزڈ نقل کے لیے ڈپٹی کمشنر آفس میں قریبی پیپلز سروس سینٹر جائیں۔
- 4If your old record has no CNIC, visit a Peoples Service Center to link your CNIC/biometrics to it.اگر پرانے ریکارڈ میں شناختی کارڈ درج نہیں تو پیپلز سروس سینٹر جا کر اپنا شناختی کارڈ/بائیو میٹرک ریکارڈ سے منسلک کروائیں۔
- 5Report errors in your record to support@borsindh.gov.pk.ریکارڈ میں غلطی ہو تو support@borsindh.gov.pk پر اطلاع دیں۔
Good to know
- • The portal states its contents are for public information only and carry no legal validity; certified documents come from a Revenue/Peoples Service Center.
- • Only limited data is shown online to protect owners' privacy.
- • The Sindh Zameen mobile application is free and its information is free to use.
- • Records of other land agencies are kept in separate systems and are not on this portal.
- • The Board of Revenue publishes a 'Latest Schedule of Revenue Fees' on the portal.
