Apply for Punjab government jobs through PPSC

Who can apply

• Candidates meeting the qualification, age, domicile and experience conditions in the advertisement on or before the closing date
• Underage or overage by even one day is not eligible
• The qualifying degree result must be officially declared on or before the closing date

Documents you need

• CNIC (front image for upload)
• Latest photograph (image under 25 KB)

Steps

1. 1Open ppsc.gop.pk, click Apply Online, select the post and read the eligibility information, Important Instructions and EPay User Manual.ppsc.gop.pk کھولیں، Apply Online پر کلک کریں، آسامی منتخب کریں اور اہلیت کی معلومات، اہم ہدایات اور ای پے یوزر مینول پڑھیں۔
2. 2Enter your CNIC, verify your email and mobile number, and fill your personal profile.اپنا شناختی کارڈ نمبر درج کریں، ای میل اور موبائل نمبر کی تصدیق کریں اور ذاتی پروفائل بھریں۔
3. 3Pay the fee against the PSID generated by the system (ATM, mobile/internet banking, 1Link member bank, or JazzCash/Easypaisa under Government Payments (Punjab)).سسٹم کے بنائے گئے پی ایس آئی ڈی پر فیس ادا کریں (اے ٹی ایم، موبائل/انٹرنیٹ بینکنگ، 1-لنک ممبر بینک، یا جاز کیش/ایزی پیسہ میں Government Payments (Punjab) کے تحت)۔

5. 5Accept the undertaking and click Submit Application. Save the Application Number and Token Number sent by email and SMS.حلف نامہ قبول کریں اور Submit Application پر کلک کریں۔ ای میل اور ایس ایم ایس پر آنے والا ایپلیکیشن نمبر اور ٹوکن نمبر محفوظ رکھیں۔
6. 6For posts in BS-19 and above, deliver a hard copy of the online form with two sets of photocopies of documents to PPSC by the closing date.گریڈ 19 اور اس سے اوپر کی آسامیوں کے لیے آن لائن فارم کی ہارڈ کاپی اور دستاویزات کی نقول کے دو سیٹ آخری تاریخ تک پی پی ایس سی دفتر میں جمع کروائیں۔

Fees

Good to know

• • Candidates with disabilities and PPSC employees are exempted from the application fee.
• • A separate fee and PSID are required for each post. The fee is not refunded in any case.
• • Paying the fee does not mean your application is submitted; complete all remaining steps.
• • PPSC accepts applications only through the online form. Hard copies are not needed at application time for BS-18 and below, but all documents are needed at interview.
• • You can edit a submitted application with your Application Number and Token Number until the closing date.
• • Chances are generally limited to three for written test/interview posts and for competitive examinations.
• • Office timings: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Thursday, lunch break 01:00–01:30 pm; Friday prayer and lunch break 12:30–02:00 pm); Saturday and Sunday are holidays.
• • PPSC says its official website is the sole authoritative source for advertisements, schedules and results.
