In Punjab you can get a computerized marriage certificate for a registered Nikah through e-Khidmat Markaz; it is issued by the relevant field office of the district where the Nikah is registered. Applications are accepted where the Nikah was registered since 2001.
پنجاب میں رجسٹرڈ نکاح کا کمپیوٹرائزڈ میرج سرٹیفکیٹ ای خدمت مرکز کے ذریعے حاصل کیا جا سکتا ہے؛ یہ اسی ضلع کا متعلقہ فیلڈ آفس جاری کرتا ہے جہاں نکاح درج ہو۔ درخواستیں صرف ان نکاحوں کی قبول کی جاتی ہیں جو 2001 کے بعد رجسٹر ہوئے ہوں۔

- 1Collect the registered Nikah Nama and the CNICs of the applicant, bride and groom.رجسٹرڈ نکاح نامہ اور درخواست گزار، دلہن اور دولہا کے شناختی کارڈ جمع کریں۔
- 2Get the photocopies attested by an officer of grade 17 or above.فوٹو کاپیوں کی تصدیق گریڈ 17 یا اس سے اوپر کے افسر سے کروائیں۔
- 3Visit your nearest e-Khidmat Markaz and fill the application form.اپنے قریبی ای خدمت مرکز جائیں اور درخواست فارم پُر کریں۔
- 4Pay the Rs. 200 fee in cash and keep your receipt.200 روپے فیس نقد ادا کریں اور رسید سنبھال کر رکھیں۔
- 5Collect the original certificate after 7 working days.7 ورکنگ دن بعد اصل سرٹیفکیٹ وصول کریں۔
