Traffic violations caught on Punjab Safe Cities Authority cameras are issued as e-challans to the vehicle's registered owner. You can check them on echallan.psca.gop.pk using the plate number with CNIC or chassis number, or by SMS to 8815, and pay through ePay, banking apps, ATMs, bank counters or mobile wallets.

Good to know
- • E-challans are sent to the registered owner's address, so check online if the vehicle is not in your name.
- • Citizens receive an SMS on their registered number for every new e-challan.
- • PSCA and City Traffic Police take action against defaulters: vehicles with unpaid e-challans can be stopped and impounded, and PSCA has a framework to blacklist defaulter vehicles.
- • Separate rule for on-road tickets from Traffic Police Punjab: pay within 10 days (via PSID); otherwise seized documents go to court and a double fine applies.
