• Existing or prospective business located in Punjab
• Satisfactory credit and psychometric assessment; clean credit history with no overdue loans
• Only one application per individual and business

Steps

2. 2Existing applicants and cardholders: log in on akc.punjab.gov.pk to see your application or account.موجودہ درخواست گزار اور کارڈ ہولڈر: اپنی درخواست یا اکاؤنٹ دیکھنے کے لیے akc.punjab.gov.pk پر لاگ ان کریں۔
3. 3Cardholders: register with PRA/FBR within six months of card issuance, which is mandatory and needed to unlock the second 50% of the limit.کارڈ ہولڈر: کارڈ جاری ہونے کے چھ ماہ کے اندر پی آر اے/ایف بی آر میں رجسٹریشن کروائیں؛ یہ لازمی ہے اور حد کا دوسرا 50 فیصد اسی کے بعد ملتا ہے۔
4. 4Repay as scheduled: minimum 5% of the outstanding principal monthly after the 3-month grace period, then 24 equal monthly instalments after the first year.شیڈول کے مطابق ادائیگی کریں: 3 ماہ کی رعایتی مدت کے بعد بقایا اصل رقم کا کم از کم 5 فیصد ماہانہ، پھر پہلے سال کے بعد 24 برابر ماہانہ اقساط۔

• • Status (checked 2026-10-03): akc.punjab.gov.pk says "Registration of applications has been stopped." No new round is announced there.
• • Terms: maximum limit PKR 1 million; 3-year tenure; revolving credit for 12 months, then 24 equal monthly instalments; 0% end-user interest; grace period of 3 months from card issuance.
• • First 50% of the limit is usable within the first 6 months; the second 50% is released after satisfactory use, regular repayments and PRA/FBR registration.
• • Use: vendor and supplier payments, utility bills, government fees and taxes, POS and mobile-app transactions, and cash withdrawal up to 25% of the limit. Non-business transactions are blocked.
• • Life assurance, card issuance and delivery charges are covered by the scheme; late payment charges apply as per the Bank's policy.
• • Urban Unit physically verifies the business premises within 6 months of approval and annually thereafter.
