Get your land record and e-Fard (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's computerised land records are on the KP Digital Land Records portal (kplr.gkp.pk), where you can search land records and book an appointment at a Service Delivery Centre (SDC). You can also get an electronic Fard online at efard.kplr.gkp.pk: register, verify your biometrics once at a NADRA e-Sahulat centre, search your ownership by name, father's name and CNIC, pay through a PSID and download the e-Fard as a PDF.

- 1e-Fard: register at efard.kplr.gkp.pk with your name, father's name, CNIC, mobile number and email.ای-فرد: efard.kplr.gkp.pk پر اپنا نام، والد کا نام، شناختی کارڈ نمبر، موبائل نمبر اور ای میل دے کر رجسٹریشن کریں۔
- 2Generate a biometric tracking ID and complete biometric verification at the nearest NADRA e-Sahulat centre; then log in to confirm it is updated.بائیو میٹرک ٹریکنگ آئی ڈی بنائیں اور قریبی نادرا ای-سہولت سینٹر پر بائیو میٹرک تصدیق کروائیں؛ پھر لاگ اِن کر کے تصدیق ہونے کی جانچ کریں۔

Good to know
- • Make sure your name, father's name and CNIC are entered correctly and match the land record, or the search will not find your ownership.
- • The e-Fard fee is shown when you generate the PSID; the official pages do not publish the amount.
- • Service Delivery Centres are listed on kplr.gkp.pk, including Peshawar (SDC-1 Shami Road), Charsadda, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, Abbottabad and others.
