Who can apply

• Pakistani citizens having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification, experience and age as given for each post in the advertisement; age is reckoned on the closing date
• Candidates with dual domicile on the closing date are rejected
• Upper age limit is relaxable up to 10 years for disabled persons, divorced, widows and government servants with two years' continuous service, and up to 3 years for candidates from notified backward areas
• Five years' automatic age relaxation for minority candidates
• Government employees may apply directly but must submit a Departmental Permission Certificate when required

• CNIC (to create the online account)
• Documents are not required when applying; candidates who qualify the test must submit them within 15 days of the result
• HEC equivalence certificate if claiming an equivalent qualification
• Departmental Permission Certificate (government employees)
• Disability certificate (disabled quota) or minority certificate (minority candidates), when required

Steps

2. 2Create a user account at apply.kppsc.gov.pk and log in with your CNIC and password.apply.kppsc.gov.pk پر یوزر اکاؤنٹ بنائیں اور شناختی کارڈ نمبر اور پاس ورڈ سے لاگ اِن کریں۔
3. 3Fill the online application carefully; information claimed in the online form is treated as final.آن لائن درخواست احتیاط سے پُر کریں؛ آن لائن فارم میں دی گئی معلومات حتمی سمجھی جاتی ہیں۔
4. 4Pay the application fee through the 1 Bill option in a banking app (NBP, HBL, ABL, BoK, BoP etc.) or a microfinance app (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Upaisa etc.).درخواست فیس بینکنگ ایپ (این بی پی، ایچ بی ایل، اے بی ایل، بی او کے، بی او پی وغیرہ) یا مائیکروفنانس ایپ (ایزی پیسہ، جاز کیش، یو پیسہ وغیرہ) میں 1 بل آپشن سے ادا کریں۔
5. 5Submit before 5:00 PM on the closing date, then keep checking the KPPSC website for call letters.اختتامی تاریخ کو شام 5 بجے سے پہلے درخواست جمع کروائیں، پھر کال لیٹرز کے لیے کے پی پی ایس سی کی ویب سائٹ دیکھتے رہیں۔

Fees

Good to know

• • The application fee is not refundable.
• • Only one application is required for one serial; if applying for several quotas, mention the serial and sub-serial numbers in the form.
• • Call letters for tests are placed on the KPPSC website; candidates must keep visiting it.
• • Degrees, diplomas and certificates from unrecognised institutions are not accepted.
• • A married female candidate not in government service may adopt her husband's domicile or keep her own; the option chosen in the online form is final.
• • Overage candidates who are shortlisted must obtain age relaxation orders from the competent authority before the interviews finish.
• • Passing threshold for ability tests is 33% marks.
