PTA's SIM Information System lets you see how many SIMs are issued against your CNIC with each mobile operator. Check online at cnic.sims.pk or by sending your CNIC number to 668, and get any unauthorised numbers removed at the operator's customer service centre.

- 2By SMS: send your CNIC number without dashes or spaces to 668. Good to know
- • Checking on cnic.sims.pk is done online with your CNIC; no charge is stated on that page for the web check.
- • Only the mobile company can correct or amend SIM data; franchises may only receive complaints about SIMs issued without the subscriber's knowledge.
- • cnic.sims.pk also lets you check the network of any number by sending "N 03xx3456789" to 76367 (Rs. 2 + tax).
