SNGPL and SSGC customers can view and download their gas bill online with their consumer/customer number. Complaints can be made on the 1199 helpline or through each company's online complaint form.

- • SSGC asks customers, as per GOP/FBR directives, to visit their nearest Billing Zone or Customer Facilitation Centre with their original CNIC to update the CNIC number on their gas bill.
- • SNGPL customers can register for email bills and SMS alerts on the SNGPL website (Register - Email Bill / SMS Alert).
- • SSGC can also be reached at (021) 99021000 and info@ssgc.com.pk; SNGPL at customerservices@sngpl.com.pk.
