The Family Registration Certificate (FRC) shows your family composition as recorded by NADRA, either by birth (parents and siblings) or by marriage (spouse and children). Get it at a NADRA counter such as at a Punjab e-Khidmat Markaz, online at id.nadra.gov.pk, or at a NADRA desk in a Pakistan mission abroad.

Good to know
- • At e-Khidmat Markaz, the fee is paid in cash only at the NADRA counter.
- • At Punjab e-Khidmat Markaz, NADRA counters serve Monday to Saturday, 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, with a lunch/prayer break from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm and a Friday Jummah break from 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm.
- • The Embassy of Pakistan, Ankara notes that the FRC is primarily used for official documentation purposes but does not serve as a legal document.
- • The Embassy in Doha lists the FRC fee as QAR 40. If a family member has died, their CNIC must be marked as deceased (cancelled) before applying.
- • You can correct the English spelling of family members' names on the FRC; no other name change is allowed (Embassy in Doha).
