Child Registration Certificate (B-Form)
ب فارم (چائلڈ رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ)
The Child Registration Certificate (CRC), also called the B-Form, registers a child in NADRA's records. Both parents apply in person at a NADRA counter, such as at a Punjab e-Khidmat Markaz, with their CNICs and the child's birth certificate.
چائلڈ رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ، جسے ب فارم بھی کہتے ہیں، بچے کا اندراج نادرا کے ریکارڈ میں کرتا ہے۔ والد اور والدہ دونوں اپنے شناختی کارڈ اور بچے کے پیدائشی سرٹیفکیٹ کے ساتھ خود نادرا کاؤنٹر پر جا کر درخواست دیتے ہیں، مثلاً پنجاب کے ای خدمت مرکز پر۔

- 1Get your child's birth certificate first (in Punjab you can apply for it at e-Khidmat Markaz).پہلے اپنے بچے کا پیدائشی سرٹیفکیٹ حاصل کریں (پنجاب میں اس کی درخواست ای خدمت مرکز پر دی جا سکتی ہے)۔
- 2Make sure both parents' marital status is updated in NADRA's record.یقینی بنائیں کہ والدین دونوں کی ازدواجی حیثیت نادرا کے ریکارڈ میں درج ہو۔
- 3Father and mother visit a NADRA counter together, with original CNICs, the birth certificate and photocopies.والد اور والدہ اصل شناختی کارڈ، پیدائشی سرٹیفکیٹ اور ان کی فوٹو کاپیاں لے کر اکٹھے نادرا کاؤنٹر پر جائیں۔
- 4Choose Normal or Urgent and pay the fee in cash at the NADRA counter.نارمل یا ارجنٹ کا انتخاب کریں اور فیس نادرا کاؤنٹر پر نقد ادا کریں۔
- 5Collect the B-Form after 1 working day (Urgent) or 10 working days (Normal).ب فارم ارجنٹ میں 1 ورکنگ دن اور نارمل میں 10 ورکنگ دن بعد وصول کریں۔

- • At e-Khidmat Markaz, the fee is paid in cash only at the NADRA counter.
- • At Punjab e-Khidmat Markaz, NADRA counters serve Monday to Saturday, 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, with a lunch/prayer break from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm and a Friday Jummah break from 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm.
