The Balochistan Public Service Commission recruits for Balochistan government posts, open to candidates holding a local/domicile certificate of Balochistan. You create an account on bpsc.gob.pk, complete your profile, and apply online against each post. The processing fee depends on the post's scale (Rs. 600 to Rs. 2,500); since 5 May 2026 it can be paid online 24/7 through 1Link banking channels.

Who can apply
- Local/domicile certificate of Balochistan Province
- Education, age and experience as per the notified service rules, as reflected in the BPSC advertisement
- A candidate underage or overage by even one day is not eligible
- Age is calculated from the date of birth on the Matriculation certificate with respect to the closing date

Good to know
- • A separate application and fee are required for each post.
- • Since 5 May 2026 BPSC has an Online Fee Submission Facility to pay the fee online 24/7 through 1Link banking channels. BPSC's FAQs also describe paying by green treasury challan under Head C02101 at State Bank or National Bank branches in Balochistan.
- • No hardcopy of the application or documents is to be sent to BPSC. Do not send the bank/treasury receipt; keep it and produce it at the test.
- • Reduce the bank challan image to less than 200 KB before uploading.
- • Applications after the due date are not accepted.
- • Submitting an application without the required qualification, experience, gender, religion or domicile, or a fake application, may cause serious difficulty for the applicant in future.
- • Upper age relaxation is granted as per Government of Balochistan notifications.
- • There are only three chances for the PCS (Competitive) exam.
- • BPSC notice (10 Sept 2026): all exams are currently held in Quetta only, so select Quetta as the exam city.

›What is the BPSC application fee?
It depends on the post: Rs. 600 for BPS-15 and below, Rs. 800 for BPS-16/17, Rs. 1,200 for BPS-18, Rs. 2,500 for BPS-19/20, and Rs. 1,500 for the Competitive Examination.
›Can I apply without a Balochistan domicile?
No. The basic condition for any BPSC post is a local/domicile certificate of Balochistan Province, plus the education, age and experience criteria of the post.
›Do I send my documents or challan to BPSC?
No. Do not send a hardcopy or the receipt. Keep the receipt and produce it at the test; submit a verified domicile copy after qualifying the written/MCQ test.
